Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped the following business day.  Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are processed and shipped the following Monday.  Orders placed on Holidays are shipped the following business day.  Processing times are included in estimated delivery times listed below.  Because we are located in Hawaii, WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.  We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all of our shipping.  If you need you items shipped using a different shipping service you can make arrangements by emailing sales@hawaiianclothingfactory.com. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and returned items due to non-acceptance or an incorrect address will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and or additional shipping fees to resend your shipment.

US Domestic Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail: $7.95 per order, price stays the same no matter how many items are ordered. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

USPS Express Mail:  $19.95 per order, price stays the same no matter how many items are ordered.  Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

International Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times
Please note:  International orders are subject to Import/Duty/VAT fees upon arrival at customs in your country, customers are responsible for paying these fees.  Shipping costs include a handling fee for all International shipments, so the postage we pay may not always reflect what you paid at time of order.
