Exchange / Return Policies

Exchange Policy:
Exchanged items must be mailed back within 14 days of receipt, items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags attached to receive a refund.  We do not issue refunds on shipping costs or shipping credits for exchanges. Please insure your returns, because we won't be held responsible for items lost or damaged while being mailed back to us.

Instructions for making an exchange.

1. Place a new order on the website for the correct size, please make note of your original order number when ordering.

2. Mail the item(s) for return along with a copy of the original packing slip or print out of order confirmation to:

3. Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will credit a refund to your credit card via PayPal in the amount of the original purchase minus shipping costs.  Item's returned for exchange will be charged a 15% restocking fee if a replacement order has not been placed.  Refunds for exchange can take up to 7 days to be processed from time of receipt.
